There is more to your septic system than simply “pumping” the tank! While many companies only “pump” your tank, our technicians are trained to understand your system and the components they are servicing.
Our team undergoes formal education, in field training, and continuous development- this is well beyond the industry norm. This means that our crew can identify early warning signs of failure such as clogged lines, structural damage, root intrusion, inoperable pumps and more—issues that may be invisible to an untrained eye.
We clean tanks thoroughly, check baffles, backflow, assess scum levels, and examine and clean components such as effluent filters. Our technicians can assess systems and provide solutions or make recommendations for future service and maintenance. We believe in a preventative approach that saves our clients from messy and costly repairs down the road.
Septic Tank Cleaning + Pumping
How often should my system be pumped?
The frequency of septic system pumping depends on the size of your tank, the number of people in your household, and your water usage habits. On average, most residential systems should be pumped every 2–3 years to prevent buildup of solids, maintain efficiency, and avoid costly repairs. Larger households or smaller tanks may require more frequent pumping — sometimes annually — while smaller households with larger tanks may be able to wait longer. Regular inspections and maintenance help determine the right schedule for your specific system and keep it running reliably for years to come.
